Privacy Notice — Atenco AI Support Agent

What we collect
When you use the Atenco AI support agent (via web, WhatsApp, or Telegram) we collect:
- Your name and email address — provided by you at the start of each conversation
- Conversation messages — questions you ask and responses provided
- Channel identifier — WhatsApp phone number, Telegram chat ID, or browser session ID
- Timestamps of messages
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To provide technical support and answer your questions
- To follow up with you regarding your inquiry
- To review conversation quality and correct any errors
- To improve our support service over time
Who sees your data
- ATENCO staff — authorised team members can review conversations for quality and follow-up
- Anthropic (Claude API) — messages are processed by Anthropic's AI to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API data for model training. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy
- Supabase — conversation data is stored in a secured Supabase database (EU/US region)
- We do not sell your data to any third party
Data retention
Conversation data is retained for 2 years from the date of the conversation, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
